Can I get a refund if I don’t use my ticket?

For Boston & Logan Airport tickets: If you have purchased an “e-ticket” and need a refund, please send an e-mail to refunds@dartmouthcoach.com.  Please note that there is a $3.00 administration charge for all “e-ticket” refunds.  Please be sure to include your name and your ticket number. If you purchased a ticket at the terminal and would like to refund those tickets, please mail those tickets to Dartmouth Coach, 7 Langdon Street, Concord, NH 03301, Attn: Refunds.

For New York City tickets: All New York tickets are reservation-based.  Refund or rebooking requests must be received at least 24 hours before departure time by calling Dartmouth Coach at 603-448-2800. A $10.00 per trip transaction fee will be applied for all refundable tickets.
