Questions about your tickets?
As a reminder, you may use your tickets to travel any day or time before the expiration date printed on your tickets (with the exception of New York service). If you plan to use the tickets within that time frame, there is no need to return/exchange them even if there is a different time noted on the ticket – just print out your boarding pass and present it to the driver when you are ready to travel. If you have further questions or are seeking a refund – please call the Information Center at 1-800-637-0123 Monday-Friday between the hours of 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. You may also send an email to Info@DartmouthCoach.com, or submit your information through our Contact Form.
