How do I purchase a ticket?

Purchase Online
You may purchase tickets through our website and print your tickets from the convenience of your home or office. Bring your ticket and a photo ID to your departure, and you’re good to go!

Purchase Tickets at One of Our Agencies
Tickets may be purchased at many of our stops and terminals. Please visit our Location or Route  pages for details, or contact us for more information. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Purchase Tickets On Location:
For Lebanon: Tickets can be purchased at the Dartmouth Transportation Center located at 90 Etna Road in Lebanon, NH.

For Boston, South Station: In Boston, tickets are purchased at South Station at the Dartmouth Coach/Concord Coach Lines ticket counter.

For Hanover/New London/Logan Airport: If you are traveling from Hanover, NH, New London, NH, or Logan International Airport, MA, we strongly suggest that you purchase your tickets online; however, tickets can be purchased from the Driver (see Locations for more information).

For New York City: Tickets are not available for purchase at our New York City stop. Please purchase tickets online or in-person at the Dartmouth Transportation Center located at 90 Etna Road in Lebanon, NH. New York Service is reservation only.

We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Traveler’s Checks.

**If you are unable to print your ticket before boarding the bus, there is a $2 fee to have the ticket printed for you at a ticket counter. Every passenger must have a printed ticket to present to the driver before boarding the bus.

Reservation Policies

Dartmouth Coach only accepts reservations for its New York City service. We recommend that you book early for the best availability.

Reservations are not taken or accepted for service to Boston South Station and Logan International Airport. All service is first come, first board. Please arrive 20 minutes before bus departure. Every effort will be made to accommodate all passengers during peak travel times. Tickets may be purchased in advance, but do not guarantee a seat. You are not making a reservation when you purchase your ticket online. Tickets are not time or date specific, unless you purchase a “same-day roundtrip” ticket, which is only good for the date purchased.

Child Fare Options

For Boston/Logan Service: One (1) child under the age of 15 (14 & under) will ride free (space permitting) on our Boston/Logan service per full paying adult ticket (one-way and roundtrip) from all Dartmouth Coach locations. Any additional children pay the published child’s rate.

For New York City Service: One (1) child up to the age 15 will ride for 1/2 of the adult fare per full paying adult ticket (one-way and round-trip). Any additional children pay the full published adult rate. Children under 16 are not permitted to travel alone.

Refunds / Cancellations

For Boston & Logan Airport tickets: If you have purchased an “e-ticket” and need a refund, please send an e-mail to refunds@dartmouthcoach.com.  Please note that there is a $3.00 administration charge for all “e-ticket” refunds. Please be sure to include your name and your ticket number. If you purchased a ticket at the terminal, and would like to refund those tickets, please mail those tickets to Dartmouth Coach, 7 Langdon Street, Concord, NH 03301, Attn: Refunds.

For New York City tickets: On-line ticket refunds must be made at least 24 hours before departure time or the ticket is nonrefundable.  Please call 603-448-2800 to initiate the refund.   A $10.00 per trip transaction fee will be applied for all refundable tickets.
